The cost for a marriage license is $60.00 cash.
The bride and groom must be present.
If both parties are twenty one (21) years of age are older, they will need to bring a valid driver's license, state issued identification, military identification or passport.
If the bride and/or groom are between the agers of eighteen (18) and twenty (20), a birth certificate is required.
If the bride and/or groom are under eighteen (18), please contact the clerk's office for this information.
Marriage licenses are valid for sixty (60) days from the date they are issued.
Once you are married, you have seven (7) working days to return your marriage license and have it recorded.
Brides, once you have your license recorded, you will need to get a certified copy of your marriage license for $6.00 or take your original to a social security office to have your name changed on your card.
